Mr Christou has worked exclusively in the audit profession since obtaining his Degree in Accountancy (BA Hons) from Newcastle Business School.
His area of expertise is in Audit, Accountancy ,Corporate Taxation and Tax mediation. He has delivered presentations in Ukraine about the Cyprus/Ukraine Double Tax treaty and beneficial tax structures available by its implementation.
At present he works exclusively on Cyprus Registered Financing and Investing Companies of Russian and Ukrainian Ultimate Beneficial Ownership.

Mr Christou is an Authorised Training Employer of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales) and Approved Employer of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Also, he is a member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales) and of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Mr. Minoshis studied in the UK where he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant.
From 1969 to 1973 he worked in the publishing industry where he was an accounts manager for several well known publications. From 1973 to 1976 he held the position of Audit Manager with F.W Smith Riches & Co Chartered Accountants. From 1976 to 1988 he held the position of Financial Controller with J&P (Overseas) Ltd working in London, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Algeria. In 1988 he established Minoshis Chartered Accountants.
He has been a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1977.
He has extensive experience with tax legislation, tax structures and intermediations with the Inland Revenue on behalf of clients and corporations.
